This highly customizable program provides participants insight into understanding why people do and say what they do. In this program you are introducted to four styles of interaction (temperaments). This provides a platform to build on, gaining an understanding of people you work and interact with. Results are stronger relationships, greater results with less effort and more constructive dialogue and interactions.You may attend this in a half day or one day format as described below.
True Colors Basic Awareness Seminar Half-Day Program
This hands-on, interactive seminar will help participants understand an introduction to the True Colors concept in relationship to personality and temperament styles. Practical and useful activities apply the True Colors concepts to your personal and professional life which becomes the springboard for developing improved communication skills, greater understanding of self and others and more meaningful relationships.You will learn to:
