Overall Impact

The internal impact throughout the Organization has been very positive. We now have heightened awareness of employee's giving and receiving information. Employees now treat everyone as their Customer. We have found humor in the workplace and increased morale.

In the leadership (supervisory and management) programs we've recorded an average 20% skill increase.

Anne Rose has been well-received from all I hear as well, and I have a sense that we are increasingly giving our middle managers the tools they need to move the organization forward.

Coaching

Energized, motivated and inspired. These are three of the emotions I felt after our session yesterday. I learned so much, it is as if I had lots of cobweb cleared from my life. It has been a long time since I have been wanting direction and I feel that I am finally receiving it. I know that I have a long way to go but I am willing to achieve all my goals.

Thanks for all those new knowledge you have stuffed into me. Some times when I am making a wrong approach to an issue at hand, whether at work or at home or in community organizations, something you may have said comes up like the pop up messages on the computer and immediately I give myself a knock on my head, and change my approach.

Training

Anne has excellent listening skills in being receptive to all the questions that the group raises and always tries to help us as best as she can relating to the environment that we work in.

I enjoyed the stories that put the theory to reality. Anne has so much work experience that she shared to reinforce the material that she was presenting

Anne -You can't imagine how important your e-mail was to read. I have just got home from a long day and I am very tired. I feel stretched with the working and home juggle. I am the only one who cares that the house is a mess and homework is not done. I am going to go for a walk and reflect on your e-mail. I am not going to cook dinner or complain about homework. (MAYBE someone else will do it?) I am going to find a way to ensure my life has balance and I am not just a spectator in my family's busy lives.
