Teambuilding: Building High Performing Teams
Participants in this workshop learn the skills of being an effective
team member and leader. Through use of diagnostic tools, exercises
and simulations, participants identify their own communications
and conflict styles. Once identified, participants build their
confidence and ability to respond to the varying needs of groups
as they function and develop. This creates a more cohesive,
productive and results oriented team.
