Presentation Skills (Two Day Format)
Through actual presentation delivery, participants learn the techniques associated with effective presentations. Platform skills are studied in depth. Participants prepare, deliver, and receive feedback on their presentations. Feedback is given and received throughout the program. This course is a hands-on, supportive training session that allows participants to try out new skills in a non-threatening environment. Participants will be videotaped and have the opportunity to see what they do well and what they would like to do better. Then in class participants work on the specific skills they would like to improve.
