Presentation Skills (One Day Format)
Through actual presentation delivery, participants learn the
techniques associated with effective presentations.
Platform skills are studied. Participants prepare, deliver,
receive feedback on their presentations. Feedback is given and
received throughout the program. This course is a hands-on,
supportive training session that allows participants to try
out new skills in a non-threatening environment. Participants
will be videotaped and have the opportunity to see what they do
well and what they would like to do better. Participants work on
the specific skills they would like to improve during class and
create an action plan for continued learning.

- Enhance presentations with use of visual aids and handout material

- Identify ways to overcome stage fright
- Use and identify body language to improve your presentation
