Anne Rose is Founder of Innergized Solutions, a Training and Coaching company that focuses on the interrelated areas of Communications, Stress Management and Leadership. Anne has been leading training sessions and coaching in Canada, the United States, Britain and Mexico.
Anne works with people to create authentic communication, improve service levels and leadership skills, and increase professional and personal satisfaction.
Anne's sessions are fun, engaging and enlightening. Participants comment on the level of engagement and immediate application of learning. Anne blends coaching into her sessions to intensify the learning, making it real for each student.
Anne has held various positions within the business world including Director Manager levels; most recently she was a Director at Nortel Networks.She is/has been a faculty member for Waterloo Management Education Centre (WATMEC), Canadian Management Centre (CMC), George Brown College, Conestoga College, Seneca College and York University's Schulich School of Business.
Anne is a certified coach with solid business experience. Her approach to coaching is based on the Co-Active Coaching model. Anne blends this approach with the tools used in training and provides a transformational coaching process.
Through Anne's coaching 95% of clients report achieving their objectives within 3 months.
She studied Business and Psychology at York University and achieved her Honours Business at Seneca College. She is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a certified Professional Coach (APCC). She is also a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Time Line Therapist (TLT) and Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Anne is a Past Board Member and President Elect, Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) South Western Chapter, CSTD Board Member, and Board Member for The Seneca College Business Advisory Committee. She formed the Toronto Training Networking Group, with a membership of more than 150 training professionals.
Anne has been a featured speaker at various conferences and has been interviewed on the radio. She has been written about and quoted in the Globe and Mail Newspaper for several years, Chatelaine Magazine, Metro Newspaper, Seneca's Alumni Magazine and Administrative Assistants Update Magazine.She has published articles in Canadian Management Centre's Training for the Real World publication.
