Anne is a certified coach with solid business experience. Her approach to coaching is based on the Co-Active Coaching model. Anne blends this approach with the tools used in training and provides a comprehensive coaching service. Objectives are clearly identified at the beginning of the coaching relationship, and through weekly calls and meetings these objectives become reality and performance increases and enhancements occur. Anne has held various positions within the business world including Director Manager levels; most recently she was a Director at Nortel Networks. She has been a faculty member for Canadian Management Centre for over 15 years, leading public programs, in-house customized programs and providing coaching services. She has also held faculty positions at Waterloo Management Education Centre (WATMEC), Conestoga College and Seneca College in addition to delivering e-learning at York University's Schulich School of Business. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, automotive, high-tech, manufacturing, financial and educational industries. Customers have included: Toronto East General Hospital, LHIN's (Local Health Integration Network), Providence Healthcare, Toyota, Lexmark, BMW, Kia, Magna, Nortel, Epson, Novartis, , GE, Novopharm, Motorola, Peel Regional Police, Procter & Gamble, Cambridge Hydro and Toronto Dominion Bank. She studied Business and Psychology at York University and achieved her Honours Business at Seneca College. She is a certified coach with two designations: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Professional Certified Coach (APCC). Additionally Anne holds the Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Professionally, she has held volunteer positions including President, Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) South Western Chapter, CSTD Board Member, CSTD Marketplace member and Board Member for The Seneca College Business Advisory Committee. In 1993, she formed the Toronto Training Networking Group, with a membership of more than 150 training professionals. Anne has been a featured speaker and/or leader in conferences including the Canadian Management Centre's Annual Administrative Professionals Conferences, CSTD conferences, Advanced Administrative Professionals Forum and the Business Advisory Services of Ontario Conference. Anne has been certified in and has worked with the DiSC personal profile tool for twenty years and is an authorized distributor of DiSC and all Inscape products. She has been written about and quoted in the Globe and Mail Newspaper for several years, Chatelaine Magazine, Metro Newspaper, Seneca's Alumni Magazine and Administrative Assistants Update Magazine.
