Anne Rose is the founder and Chief Innergizer. Innergized Solutions (formerly Rose Associates) was founded in 1990 with a mandate of providing excellence in coaching and training. Anne works with a host of other professionals to provide a high caliber of coaching and training.What is Innergizing?
The word Innergize came from a combination of Inner and Energized. This is the feeling we strive for -to be energized from the core of your being. That is the focus and objective of Anne's work. Whether in coaching sessions or in-class training Anne strives to get people to feel that sense of being Innergized - feeling good inside, excited about life, excited about the possibilities ahead of them, knowing how to communicate more effectively, with better outcomes and purpose.Who is Anne?
Anne has been coaching and sharing knowledge as part of life and work. It started way back in camp as a child, getting the name 'Abby' as in Dear Abby. Anne was the kid that everyone talked to. Anne has had a passion for working with people to make things better, both in the class and one on one. Anne has been coaching and training for over twenty years, fifteen of those in her own business.Anne's approach to coaching is based on the Co-Active Coaching model. Anne blends this approach with the tools used in training and provides a comprehensive coaching service. Objectives are clearly identified at the beginning of the coaching relationship, and through weekly calls and meetings these objectives become reality and performance increases and enhancements occur.
