Holiday Greetings!
As the end of year approaches, I want to stop and give thanks. Thank you my friends, colleagues and clients. It has been a wonderful year. Thank you for inviting me into your circle. Thank you to those who have honored my by allowing me to coach you. I continue to feel humbled and truly honored by your trust in me. I so very much enjoy being part of your growth and learning. It truly is a joy to see you grow and create greater positive moments as you move to fulfill your purpose. To my training participants, thank you taking time out of your busy lives to join others in the learning journey. It has been my pleasure to be in class with you. To all of you, thank you for being interested enough to read my e-inspirations. And thank you for letting me know that it makes a difference to you - it is so incredibly rewarding to be part of this journey.
I wish for you in 2006 good health, prosperity and an abundance of joy. May you continue to learn and grow and become more of the 'true you'. Savour each day, don't let it slip away. Make sure each day has a little piece of joy, something that allows you to know you have made a difference, something that makes you feel good. Little by little we can make this world a better place for us all to be.
Your assignment for this, the last work day of December is to take stock.
What do you have in your life that is ever so wonderful?
What makes you grateful?
What accomplishments have you achieved this year?
Who in your world are you thankful for?
Create a humbleness that allows you really be thankful for all you have. And tell those special people in your life that they make a difference.
And on New Years Eve as we move to this new year, choose something that you would like to leave behind - a bad habit, something that simply needs to change, a memory of something negative that stays with you.. what ever it is... let it go, leave it behind. Replace it with something new. A tradition we have in our home is that at about 11:30 on New Years Eve each of us privately writes down o n a piece of paper anything we would like to leave in this year. Then we toss the paper and those old habits into the fire and celebrate! It is incredibly freeing! We replace those habits with ones we would much rather have. Give it a try.
And most of all, have a very Happy New Year. Blessings and thanks to each of you.
